Nature Walk Therapy
Walking in the forest or a nature reserve and looking at the green sceneries or the sunrise, you can be able to relax your mind, you can also unwind, and even reflect to what is going on with your life. Walking in nature is itself a natural therapy.
A therapy such as nature walk can provide much needed relief from the stresses of life. It gives our over-stimulated senses a chance to rest, and provides a great opportunity to get back in touch with our bodies and the life round us.
A few staff members of the MGI who were convinced of the secret of spending some time in nature had a very special experience in a nature reserve last week. Walking and chatting, joking and jostling, laughing and shouting, running and climbing, eating and drinking, it was everything for a couple hours together.

Dr Reddy & whole team,
thanks so much for organizing such a wonderful outdoor gathering in the laps of nature.. We, indeed enjoyed a lot. as far as i remember, among MGI colleagues, it’s a maiden one, where we were away from any hierarchical pressures or any kind of uneasiness. we felt very comfortable and surrendered ourselves to the greenery in nature out there.
I again congratulate Dr Reddy for this wonderful get-together.
I suggest others to join the group next time.
thanks for the memorable time we cherished.

Very inspiring initiative. Nature has indeed a lot to share with us. We should know how to empower ourselves with the energising five elements.
I welcome your forthcoming invitation.
May God bless you
Warm Regards
